Qierah is an Australian registered business focused on AI assistance, software development and practical creative tools. This website provides business and product information. Using it does not create a software development contract, grant access to a connected account or authorise us to publish content on your behalf.

Products in development

Qierah AI Helper, Qierah Very Simple Video Editor and future applications described as coming soon are in development. Features and release dates may change. The video editor is being prepared for Microsoft Store; it has not been released or approved by Microsoft Store. No application downloads, software purchases or pre-orders are offered through this website.

Any released software will have its own applicable licence, privacy information, system requirements and distribution terms. A description here is not a software licence or a guarantee of future availability.

Software projects and enquiries

Custom software and AI-assisted program creation enquiries are invitations to discuss a possible project. Work, scope, price, delivery, data handling, intellectual property and support commitments require a separate agreement before a project proceeds. No payment details are collected on this website.

Responsible use and your content

You remain responsible for having permission to use media, recordings and other content you supply to a project or application. Respect copyright, privacy, consent and applicable platform rules. Do not use the website or a Qierah tool for unlawful activity or to interfere with others’ systems.
